Mixed-use development at 136-142 New Kent Road. This project comprises of the design and construction of 81 residential units across two blocks, with commercial and retail space at the ground and basement levels. Block A is formed of two adjacent towers of 14 and 10 storeys (including basement level). Block B is seven storeys (including basement level). The blocks form part of one monolithic building with a two-storey commercial space, and a podium slab between blocks A and B at first floor level which is landscaped. A single storey basement is included beneath much of the building footprint, the depth of which is approximately 4m.
